1、错误提示

[root@localhost ~]# service mysql restart

ERROR! Failed to stop running server, so refusing to try to start.

2、解决方法：
输入命令找到对应的进程，然后kill -9杀掉对应的进程

[root@localhost ~]# ps -ef | grep mysql
